I've been on the thyroid pill at 75 micrograms for many weeks. It
started to make me nervous and jittery. We are trying a half-dose as
of yesterday. Assuming the dose is too high and the new one is
correct, how long until my body catches up and the jitters are gone?

Why don't you call your doctor?

Then ask her these questions. That's what you pay her for.

I'll speak to her soon. Not an emergency as I have meds to stay calm
on she gave me until it passes.
