Why do some people not reject a new liver they got in a transplant I
am off my anti rejection pills and my drs are amazed and freaked out
because there is no sign of rejection ?

Due to genes, everyone is very different except identical twins. It's my
guess that your genes are the reason that there are no signs of rejection
at this point in time. However, you should see your doctor ASAP if you
notice any signs of rejection. You should ask your doctor what symptoms
you will have if there is   a rejection.
