First off, I'm male.
I've been having trouble achieving orgasm during sex. I can climax
during masturbation with no problem, but for some reason, it's about 1
in 3 when having sex.
I am in a monogamous relationship, and this is putting a real strain
on it. Is there anybody out there who can provide any ideas as to
why, or how to put this to an end?
Thank you!

Under these circumstances, I would suspect that the problem is
psychological and may have something to do with, perhaps, a sense of
guilt and/or shame over the actual sexual act (with a partner).
I would suggest a psychotherapist with experience is treatment of
sexual problems.
