You just don't sound like yourself.  Your writing isn't what I'm used
to.  I hope everything starts getting better for Mair & you & the Major
& Vel & Scrappy too! Do you remember when you & Scrappy came for a visit

Hi Cindy,

Major Breadlet is a magic dinner roll, who is a valiant military hero in the
Armies for Peace.  He has vast telepathic powers, which is how he does his
job.  He smuggles his way into peace talk negotiations, usually on a serving
tray of baked goods.  He then helps at the negotiations by positioning
himself close to a world leader he wants to help.  He then sends out
thoughts that embed themselves in the leader's mind.

It is a dangerous job!  Twice now, Major Breadlet has been poked with a
fork, as hostile leaders in the Middle East have tried to eradicate him!
Right now he is home on leave, and so he gets to play with Pigmet every day.
I am glad he is here, because I am not a very good playmate right now.

I will try to find Pigmet.  He is not around right now.  It is sunny out, so
he is probably running beside the river.
