Nope, no one missed anything.

I was ill and had a doc appt. This drains me completely.

Since some of you don't really know me - take my "couple of days" with
a grain of salt.  I will work on it today and *hopefully* send
tonight.

I had planned on just sending what I have and incorporating the new
suggested URLs later and checking them all myself. Instead I will be
incorporating those today and this also held up the process.

sorry for the delay and thanks for the help folks have offered.  This
FAQ is about the group and lupus and having the group touch will be
nice.
