I thought BJ answered your question about CGT's. Sometimes though, we
don't see each other's post. They just won't show up for some reason.

Hey, could someone repost the first letter in this thread. I do wonder
if Janet or Erina even sees it. Preferably, someone who's had a
response from one or both. Bev may not be a good candidate as Erina
never saw her response to the CGT question.
