Hello everyone,

For those of you who are Pigmet's friends, today is his birthday.  This is
also our Holy Day, and I don't think that's a coincidence.  Pigmet gets
"reborn" every year, and so he always remains a child.  But he keeps his
memory, so he will remember all of you.  The Solstice was in the middle of
the night, and when I woke up, there was Pigmet, a little smaller than he
was before, with short glossy fur.  His voice is a bit higher, but all in
all, he is a happy forest piglet.

We are still in the middle of the Solstice ritual, but since it is getting
to be afternoon, I thought I would write and tell you all...

Happy Holidays

Mary & Pigmet

Happy Birthday to you, Pigmet!  You are two years old today, aren't you?
Did Mair fix you a peach Jello mold, shaped like a cake or eggplant or
yams galore?

Love to you,
Your "devoted" Ant Maggie

Dear Ant Maggy

We had eggplant stir fry for dinner.  Mair so tired, and here I am all
brand-new.  Yes, this is my second rebirth. I don't get presents on my
birthday, cause Santa knows what I want, and why make Mair pay for it, see?
Mair has promised that she will wait up and make sure that Santa finds our
house!

You, ant maggy, are certainly a devoted ant!  Thank you for makin my
birthday an exspleshily wonderful day!

Yours in devotion

Pigmet

Not late, Anti J...  I like to selebrate my birthday the whole time betwen
Solstice and New Years.  That makes it a good selebration, and every one is
*tired* of selebratin, so they are ready to go back to work.

thanks for writin to me, Anti J.

Your Devoted Nephew,

Pigmet.
