Yes, my friends, I took the plunge.  I subscribed to cable TV while they
were having one of these introductory offers.  I didn't really watch it much
today except for some of the fire news.  But I went out and bought a new
remote control, and figured out all the programming mysteries that are such
a callenge to me.  The result is that I have one remote control that does it
all... and is waiting for me to buy a DVD player.

This will be fun.  I am sure I will be able to find something on in the
daytime if I am sick.  It will probably make resting a much easier thing for
me to do.
