I check in every day to see what is new. As for me, I try to spare
everyone hearing my ranting about the same old stuff.
Each day of this lupus experience is all new. Last week the increased
prednisone dosage had me on cloud nine. Last couple days have been less
than pleasant. lot's of pain. Go figure....
Anyhow, it is good to see some dialog.
Sherry, I'm sorry to hear you are affected by the fires. It is easy to
dismiss when it is just a story on TV. We are getting our share here in
Arizona as well. Last week we had a big one just a couple miles south
of us in the river bottom. It took lots of effort to finally get it
under control. The smoke and soot were awful for those downwind in the path!
Keep posting!
George

George, it is 107 at the moment and the smoke from the fires around us is
making my breathing difficult. But we have not had ash coming in like we
have had from fires that burned in Yosemite. Guess the smoke is coming from
fires in the Sacramento area but I'm not sure. I am still monitoring the
floods on the Des Moines river. My cousin's house has been under water for
weeks...level where his house is now just 3 ft over the 10 foot flood stage
but he hasn't gotten back in and I doubt he is looking forward to what 20+
feet over flood level did to his home and property. Course his house is not
far from the riverbank <g> was his cabin till a divorce now it was his home.
Always something!
Hugs,
Sherry
