Why are you saying hooray for Twyla (not that she doesn't deserve it)? I am
not taking Twyla with me to San Francisco.
Like ships passing in the night, this guy is a caregiver for a man just up
my street. He could have taken me to UCSF Probably for the last two years,
when I have needed it.
Something rather spiritual is in the wind, though; with my rheumie of 15
years now out of the picture, and now suddenly a way to get down there.
UCSF called me to make sure I kept my appointment... that they were going to
have all his appointments covered. I am not going to say much more, cause
rheumatology is such a boring, depressing business, not only for the
patient, but for the doctors as well. So we'll just see what happens.
