No it happened years ago. The newsgroup posts dont live on my machine, they
live on the server, with a little slot that says MairZdotes. Someone musta
emptied my box for some reasons. <sigh>
I have nothing clever to say, Andy. I am coming down with some kind of a
bug... damn. I was well for two weeks, and then today... bad sore throat,
and my voice is almost gone... a rare thing for me.
May life be kind,
Mair

I've had weird stuff happen lately, too. Some newsgroups
are showing double posts. Some posts are showing up under
other people's e-mail addys. And I can post again through
Earthfink instead of going through Google.

Hot lemonade usually helps me when I have a sore throat.
Hope you recover soon.

Yeah, I was drinking tea with honey and lemon. I am trying to stay away
from the sugar (that would be in lemonade) because I sense that sugar is
related every time I get one of these types of "bug."
Anyway...after a while of drinking the tea with honey and lemon, I decided
to dispense with the tea. Now I just drink "hot lemonade" sweetened with
honey. and I keep it pretty tart, too. I like it--I have one sitting right
on my desk here....

There's a lot of that going round the UK. Maybe someone has exported it.

Have there been any Sunspots recently? Maybe that is what it is. Anyway,
it is a wonderful excuse for anything you need. Sunspots. Try it out. I
can't clean the kitchen.... sunspots. See? works every time.
Anyway,

Is anyone here going to volunteer to look?
According to spaceweather.com there have been very few
sunspots lately. We've just passed the minimum point in the
eleven year solar cycle.

What is this "sun" of which you speak?

Oh please don't break my heart with the honest truth! How many people
actually know that? I had 3 semesters of Astronomy (way back when), and I
forgot about the cycles of the sunspots.
Now I have to find something else to blame things on.
Ozone, any one?
Sheesh!
