IF you can find where it actually came from, you can complain to "abuse"
and "postmaster" at their ISP. However, many of these emails & postings
are forged, or are from "disposable addresses".

Or, if a web site is given, you could complain about that to whoever
hosts it. But, (a) it may not be illegal in the country where it is (b)
in doing so you are providing the address of a real person, and you may
then get inundated with the stuff (c) if you visit the site to verify
its unpleasantness you are likely to be logged by the purveyor - and in
the UK by Scotland Yard as well!

Simplest is to shake your head sadly and ignore it. It is often possible
to tell your system to reject postings with words in the title or text
that you don't wish to see - which can lead to rejecting things you do
want to see that happen to contain the forbidden character string :)

It is easiest just to block the sender with your email settings.  A lot of
them are from "ironjustice" who also calls himself 'doe.'  I guess he forgot
to put the "dil" before his name.  Sorry, I just couldn't help that joke.
Yes, those posts are very upsetting to me as well.  Any of us who have abuse
history should not have to put up with such things on a list where we come
to find safety and security
