Calorie Shifting has become quite popular in recent years and has been
used by tens of thousands of people around the world. This popularity
has led to a great deal of discussion surrounding this weight loss
method, much of it by people who have little knowledge as to how this
weight loss method works and its scientific foundations. To put it
simply, there are a lot of 'so called' expert articles out there which
contain half-truths if not outright misinformation regarding this
important subject.
As one of the first people to review and write about Calorie Shifting,
and as I personally manage a webpage in which people who use this diet
come to share their experience, tips, and questions, I felt that it
was my duty to write a comprehensive article exposing the truth about
the Calorie Shifting Diet and what it does to your body. I apologize
in advance if I get a little scientific on you, but it's really
important that you read this entire article so you know all you need
to know regarding this method....

I am always on a calorie-shifting diet.  I shift the calories from the
fridge to the stove, and then from the stove to a plate.  I shift the plate
onto some horizontal surface I can find in my house, and then, with the help
of a fork or spoon, I shift those calories right into my body.  So what's
new?

Hi all,
I started to block this sender but how could one not take serious
someone named xvaqvxjwvnbx?
Try sounding it out. xvaqvxjwvnbx. Is it Jack In The Box?

The real trick is to get him to say his name backward.
Then he'll return to Bizarro World.
