How to cure low body temperature ?

My sister is around 46 years old.  She is ALWAYS  cold. Even in summer
she is cold.

Her health is normal.

Can anyone suggest what is going on here?

Does anyone have this problem ? Found any solution ? Any over the
counter  medicines ?
Any particular foods worked ?

Pls let me know.

Thanks in advance for any pointers.

I am this way, too.  My normal temp runs about 98.0 to 98.3.  But sometimes
it is really shocking.  I can feel hot, and my  temperature is 97.0.  or I
can feel cold like an iceberg, and my temperature is 96.6.

Cure: if I am feeling well enough, get up and move around.  If I am feeling
too ill; I turn up the electric blanket and then put blankets on top of
that.

That's it!

I've had my body temperature drop as low as 95.6 after I've been
in the sun, but it always comes back up after a day or so.  The
only thing that works for me is staying out of the sun and avoiding
fluorescent lights.

Has she seen a doctor about this problem?
