Speakers:  Dr. Karen Kolba of Santa Maria and Dr. Timothy Spiegel of
Santa Barbara, rheumatologists, who will discuss the latest
developments in rheumatic disease treatment.

Other special presenters: Jaime Umphenour, Alliance for Lupus Research;
Joyce Hulsebos, President, Santa Barbara Lupus and Rheumatic Diseases
Group.

This special event is free, open to the public, and in honor of October
2007 Lupus Awareness Month.

A few of the rheumatic diseases are: lupus, rheumatoid arthritis,
fibromyalgia, scleroderma, Sjogren's syndrome, Hashimoto's thyroiditis,
and gout
