I  have had same problems and my  doc   finally gave me a prescription
for  Rozerem........ It really worked  and I slept for about 18  hours.
Of course each one of us  with lupus will have different results.
Rozerem  also  seemed to stop  the insomnia for weeks.  Haven't
tried  the second pill yet         good luck         ruth

Hi Jen,

I too have suffered from insomnia and positional vertigo.  I was
referred to William H. Philpott MD in Choctaw, Oklahoma.  He provided me
with some magnets which are very effective in the treatment of both
problems.  I don't know if the good doctor is still in practice but his
magnets are all over the internet.  Just do a search for "Dr Philpott
Approved Magnetic Therapy Products".

It has worked for me.  YMMV

Good luck,

George
