Make an effort and go under the morning Sun, sit upright,closed both eyes and face the rising Sun, in a meditation mode. Then, while closing both eyes and visualise your forehead for awhile......... For most CFS/Fibromyalgia/lupus sufferers usually, you see a 'greenish' ray of light as compared to a accompanying buddy (meditating beside you) who would see a reddish or yellowish ray of lights. If that is the case, this interpret as, your spiritual Aura has been 'interferred' with naughty spiritual elements. In our kind of work, different ray of lights are interpreted in different spiritual meaning in regard to one's Aura. Just like when a human passed away, his spiritual soul would then be guided by different ray of lights crossing over to the netherworld. This is the first step for anyone to understand his Aura's spirituality and also, to get rid of undesirable ray of lights 'invading' your spirituality. Clearly you do not know that UVA and UVB light is damaging to lupus patients, and yet you suggest we sit in the morning sun. Most of us are photosensitive. Our meds increase photosensitivity, except for the hydroxychloroquine, which does the opposite. Sunlight causes lupus flares. It can cause discoid or cutaneous flares that are very hard to treat and can be permanently disfiguring. Sunlight causes flares in lupus activity in the organs, especially the kidneys. Yes, meditation does improve the functioning of the immune system and that is good for people with autoimmune disease. To tell lupus patients to sit in the sun is irresponsible and, in my opinion, immoral. You have no idea what kind of damage you could cause for people who do not know better. Please retract your recommendation. People here are not against meditation per se, but they mostly, if not all, feel that it's only good to relax them. When we're more relaxed we have less stress & our immune systems are much more friendly toward us. However, the people have spoken and those that you've deemed worthy to make up their own minds have done so. Would you please respect their decision & stop posting "cures" that none of us (thus far) have welcomed? You're welcome to stay at the group and learn & even post. Maybe you can teach us how to meditate/relax a bit more even (free of charge, of course), but your current posts are truly unwelcome. Almost every night you see tropical ppl usually meddle with something spiritual cause, by Nature, due to its warm/hot (coming from the spiritual element of 'Fire') environment that help them to induce or interact with spiritual influences more easily. That is why, ppl in tropical region are able to go into a 'trance' more easily than ppl in temperate regions. You see alot of witchcraft practitioners, you see alot of so-called spiritual healers, you see alot of followers from different reglious beliefs, you see various forms of spiritual ceremonies (fire-walking, palm dipping into hot boiling oil) mostly taking place in Latin american region, south of India, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and those tropical islands where, tribe ppl also did their spiritual ceremonies, interacting with something spiritual.....mostly, during nightfall. To find any sort of spiritual ceremonies along cold regions like Canada or Russia is not easy to come by. In another word, nobody understand better on this spiritual subject better than ppl living along the tropical regions. On this meditation subject, ppl who go for meditation is about one wishes to seek some spirituality for himself otherwise, what is life without spirituality..........or you mean a human is just made of 'flesh and bones ' only?.. ....not even a soul?.......cannot be rite? Yes, all human by nature, come with compassion afterall, we are the warm blooded species but unfortunately, in character and fate, they were born unequal, some were born with strong spiritual Aura (immuned to general sicknesses) and some not-so. Mr. Fancy Pants, Honestly, As a "spiritual" person myself, or so I have always believed myself and have been highly regarded thusly by others and also highly intellectuall... And I have earned a double major in the biological/environmental sciencences (Master's Degree) and study Buddhism, Hindu, Wicca, and Christianity. I've been able to read auras since the age of 18. But guess what? I would never presume upon a fellow sufferer just because I have certain areas of interest. There is a wealth of knowledge in this forum, the people who have been here and had this disease for decades can tell you just about anything. But mostly I just like to know I'm not alone in this. But enough about me. We were talking about you. Do you harass cancer and HIV patients too? Exactly how do you know what a zombie looks like? You do know that zombies don't really exist, don't you? Mr. George Romero invented those, see Night of the Living Dead. Those others are just people who are just poisoned by tetratogens and then given hallocinogenic drugs. I think you've made some ridiculous statements and should show some respect for other people. Physically, any medical practitioners usually see the eye, its veins, indicating the patient's degree of health............we as Holistic Practitioner do see the loo of the eye as the indicator on the patient's spirituality................do you understand? In virtually ALL enduring spiritual paths, humilty is prized. A truly evolved person is not combative, nor do they lord their inflated self importance over others. A truly spiritual person accepts others right where they are, knowing that they themselves have much growth to do, no person having achieved perfection in this life. The obsession with superiority betrays a very weak soul and even weaker spirituality. In the end, you will be brought low. The higher you set yourself above others, the worse the crash when you topple from your own pedestal. The time will come for you, when this happens you will recall these words. The purpose of me being here is, to create awareness on the subject on spirituality..........be it, coming from the brightside or the darkside................where human existent is being dictated by surrounding spiritual elements on health and sicknesses. Calling patients sufferring from some sort of spiritual sickness and asking them to go thru a simple 'spiritual measurement' by interpretating various ray of light on their Human's Aura is being riddled by some smart alecs from the medical faternity, overhere. Cause, these smart alecs have yet to understand or haven't open their eyes on why those muslims (the islamic 'logo' of a moon cresent and a night star speak volumes on their religious belief) love the color of green.
