been awhile again.  lots going in my "topsy turvy life" as usual.

My incison on my bottom of my foot is healed quite well but the ankle
incision has stitches coming out of 3 areas. They were cut down twice now
and hope this will heal it over.  I need to get back to swim exercises for
art.....and muscle pain.

I am doing well walking and tire easily when doing so but each day is
better. I tried the lyrica but had terrible side effects of blurred vision,
loss of ability to think let alone make an decisions. It was horrible and
scared the "H" out of me. I had to cut down the dose to 50mg and from then
on as well as before, I noticed no improvement.

Then I went to a PACK pharmacy.  ever heard of them where they compound
medications or herbs with differrent varieties and put them in creams and
compounds to treat.  Well this new guy and YOUNG I might add LOL>   he was
talking to me saying "why put a pill in your mouth and system when I can
make you up a compound to help treat neuropathy and numbness of the feet
with a cream for you. It is a combination of 4 meds, one being neurotin, and
3 others.  Don't have ingredients right here but I can give any one them IF
they want.   Well been using this ONLY for about 5 days now and I got to
tell you, there is improvement already.  I have to use it 3 times a day and
it goes on like a balm base.   Kinda yellow in color and I watch my socks
but so far NO evidence of stain after washing LOL.

but the pain level is much less and the neuropathy pain is much less too.
He told me IF it doesn't work really good to talk to him in 2 weeks and he
can cut down one part and increase another and just work with me on finding
the right combo for my pain level.   Well I surely will.  I have used Pack
pharmacies before for things that are made up for pain in mouth sores and
for other types.  They are much better than ingesting medications orally.
THis goes right to the site.   not through the body like pills does.

So that is my one story.
the other is my brother, 55 who was in a work accident.  keep him in your
prayers.  he was buried in dirt at work from waist down and has a broken
pelvis.   Has rods, screws and plates sticking out of his pelvis.    Will be
6 to 12 weeks like that in bed or wheel chair.    sad but true.  He is much
better today and didn't like much having a helicopter ride in a light snow
flake day LOL.   but it stopped and they reloaded him when it was clear.
NOW both him and his wife got their flight wings because she lost her arm in
an industrial accident 10 yrs ago or less.  She is now doing well and became
a Liscensed practical nurse with ONE arm...believe that?

So prayers this way ok?
and again anyone want to know more about this compound cream that is
prescription MADE let me know
