Hi Julia!

Thanks for this site, I will save it to my favorites. I'm not much on
holistic cures, but sometimes, it is the best way to go. Okay, maybe I
just don't have the courage to try it.

Anyway, I noticed you were from Estonia. I have a friend who just
visited there a few months back. It is her fathers native land, so she
went with him to see her roots.

I hope you'll keep us posted about how you're doing.

yeah maggie am from estonia.speaking russian and estonian and learn
english.
that help about lupus for education is really helps me rise more study
of my english.

Thank you for the link; this is much better, now I can see posts from
others with lupus, and I know where to go to find some help for
problems caused by lupus and the meds. Because a lot of time some of
the symptoms are caused by the meds we take. I don't know about anybody
else, but some meds cause more problems then the lupus itself.

yeah,some meds is a causing a much problems also.therefore herbal
therapy is improves a relieves a such problems,and main-observe for
diet,which is also relieves lupus symptomes.
