Do you have to take up the whole page? Maybe you are trying to help,
but it is a little extreme. How about using a free site and make a
webpage with all these recipes and then post a link, or else put a
bunch at a time in one post, or ask who wants them and put a bunch in
one e-mail that you can send to whoever wants them. everytime I come
here all I see are thse posts anymore. I'd like to see some posts about
how others are handling their lupus etc.
