tanning beds are the same rays as the sun (uva & uvb) and just as dangerous.

I made the mistake several years ago of trying to get a "base" tan, in a
reputable tanning salon. I didn't get the base tan I wanted. I had a mole on
my right arm that I was born with, and at the end of my tanning(2 weeks) it
had turned an angry red, to match the rash I was also broken out with. When
I went to the dermatologist to see what was going on with it. It had become
squamous cell carcinoma.
Tanning beds are the same as just lying out in the sun. Save your skin,
stay out of the sun as much as possible, when outside wear a good sunscreen,a
hat,sunglasses,etc. Wende

It isn't, so NO.
