Thanks you both.
First I had to download and install a newer version (but free it said) of
Real Player.
That was interesting, although I don't think I heard the whole thing, so
I'll have to relisten.

I am told that the "audience help line" was geared up to provide phone
numbers etc for those seeking further information. The most useful of
these (if you are in the UK!) will probably be the National Office of
Lupus UK: and it is

For those in other parts of Europe, try the European Lupus Foundation on
www.elef.rheumanet.org
All of these (also www.northeastlupus.org.uk) provide information and
general advice, but not specific medical advice for individual cases.

I have discovered that I was misinformed, or had misunderstood: part 2
is on asthma, not lupus.
