Hi all, Julia is learning English & I translated her previous message, per
her request. I'm trying to help her with the language; maybe someone else
could jump in too? She's really nice.

"chronic enteritis.
A main method of treating chronic enteritis is diet.
l.p. magkova, M.D.,in RUSSIA, gave a speech about an inflammation in the
thin intestine, of which the causes differ when it's developing enteritis.
Not treating acute intestinal infection, for example, salmonella,
dysenteria, lamblias-like intestine parasites, poor nourishment ie:
insufficient vitamins and proteins, or when too many sweets, carbohydrates,
or fat, spicy foods or alcohol are consumed can lead to chronic enteritis.
Some drugs, antibiotics for example, can contribute to gastritis, colitis,
or pancreatitis.
In the case of chronic enteritis, there is a breaching of the main functions
of thin intestinal walls of digestion and absorption. Because of this
failure, there will be observed diarrhea, very often 4-6 times a day, rarely
constipation, and in a few patients diarrhea is replaced by constipation,
with abdominal swelling, aches & gut noises. In umblicous regions, and
sometimes by the entire abdominal region, a bursting after ingesting food.
Loss of weight, fatigue, diminished appetite, and anemia are mainly
appearances of unbalanced that causes a serious health risk.
Rarely, during acute periods, you must speak to your dr. He can prescribe
vitamins, ferments (don't know what that is, Julia), to normalize the
microbe flora in the intestine and astringent and enveloping remedies (also
don't know what astringent and enveloping remedies are. I know what
astringent is but we usually put it on our faces).
In the first 2-3 days you can to drink a decoction of roots coil (don't know
that either - did you mean oil not coil?), five fingers (?), hops alder tree
(I know that one!), tansy flowers, hypericum perforacum, oak bark, bark from
pomegranate, tansu flowers. (Wouldn't the amounts differ depending on what
you're decocting?) 1 tbs. 5-6 times/day. Your doctor may order bedrest or
hospitalization.
If you are feeling worse, eliminate rye bread, wheat bread, any dough
products, pies, row vegetables (don't understand what row vegetables are,
Julia), fruits, berries, grape, fig cabbage, turnip, raddishes, green onion,
garlic, beans, prunes, nuts, ice cream, canned (canned what?), sour milk
products, fatty foods, strong broths, gas drinks (Is this soda?), kyass ?
Consume groats, (oats?), vegetarian soups, strong second meat broth or
chicken broth, rubbing kasha in the water, or diluting the milk with half
water, potatoes pureed, carrot, marrow, pumpkin, steamed meat cutlets,
souffle, cottage cheese, quenelles, dry white bread rusks from kissel of
bilberry, black currant, strong tea without sugar.
With your doctor's advice, slowly introduce other foods to your diet.
(What's don't limitate mean? And what's sport load mean?)"
