well we are thinking to move again in a month or so.  This house is all
electric and we had outrageous utility bills all last year. We got
through only because I had met my out of pocket on my meds, and had no
co pay. But now is first of the year and back to having to pay 25
percent on each med that is over 600 dollars a month if nothing is
added. Plus what John and Ellyn have. So we have been looking at houses
that have gas and are a bit smaller and more controllable utility wise.
We found a cute little house we really like the lease payment is less
and has gas. In a nice lake side neighborhood. We are going to meet the
lady tonight. It is a cool little house I like it alot, very open floor
plan so easy for me and has all appliances. Also has a big sun room in
back, could put in a window ac unit and enjoy some outside / inside a
treat for me. Ellyn could do art work there. I really hope will work.
The lady is ok about my cats also and the crazy Beagle, yes we still
have him  he is John's dog now. He is getting better much better
behaved. Not a watch dog. The door bell rings he runs hides lets us or
the cats handle it. Had a opossum in back yard he did his big hound dog
bark at it then strutted around in the house like he was king tut (0: He
is so funny. Weirdest dog we have ever had, we always had Golden
Retrievers huge difference. But he is company. I still love my cats and
my Azalia is my sweet heart she makes me sit when I am doing too much
and calms me down and the boy;s are sweet hearts too Noah Leao and Ren
all very laid back  all get along great. They are such a family.
I was worried about waking up this morning it's Ellyn's first day back
to school after Holiday break didn't want to over sleep. I woke at 4 30 lol
Thanks for letting me babble. Alot on my mind. My husbands  brother's
father in law passed away yesterday my sister in law has been with him
since the week before Christmas. He was in final stages of lung cancer.
He lived in Arkansas. Been very hard for Katheryn they were very close.
It was also 3rd anniversary of my father in laws death.
My hubby has his colonoscopy Thursday. I know is routine but still
scary. His Triglicerides were really high but she put him on triglide
and he has been good about not snacking and in 3 weeks lost 15 pounds
and cut the number in half went from way over 500 to 242 and raised his
good cholesterol too.  Dr is really happy with him. He really doesn't do
too bad on what he eats but he loves a couple cookies and milk at bed so
changed that to shredded wheat and doesn't eat the things at work
anymore.  Added a walk eith the dog every evening. He gets called out so
much that he would grab a burger on the way or eat something in the
fridge there, we pack him something good now.  Little goes along way.
His family has a history of heart trouble. so have to pay attention. Pop
( his dad) would have to have an angioplasty then come home feeling all
better and hit that greasy pork  breakfast and so on...... had 5
angioplasty's.
But anyway. I am still babbling sorry
I have felt a little scared lately safe here thanks everyone
hoping everyone's New Year is more peaceful and less complicated.

We found a beautiful little house we love it. The man is very nice.  has
wonderful yard and our herons nest there so it's like our old house but
with a brand new roof and up off the ground has never flooded. And it is
on a little island here near our old place. just feels so right there.
Beautiful old would floors and archways, I love it.
Anyway is a good thing will help I think.

Cindy,
That does sound wonderful, so do you think this is the one or have you
made the final decision yet?

Cyn,
How wonderful that y'all have found something so suitable and having a
good house is always such a blessing! It cheered me to know someone has a
Good Thing, NOT Cheesy! in her life; mine is is such chaos.
We're being terminated from MedicAid for too much income and then we're
trying to figure out what to do about Medicare drug plans. The cheapest I
can figure will be $51/month premium and then 3 tiered copays for 15 meds,
totallying approx. $560 a month. If I sold my car I could pay for this but
then my husband couldn't get to his dialysis clinic 14 miles away; there is
no bus service. I really hope a wave of people are clogging the phone lines
with voice calls and emails & faxes to tell Congress how badly they have
screwed up this time. AARP better get busy, too. There will soon be stories
of people making impossibe choices among meds, groceries, heating oil or
gas, rent, yada, yada.

Nancy I am so sorry for all your chos. We are there too. Since it is the
first of the year I am no longer out of pocket so my co pay on meds went
from free to 600 a month Jan first. another reason for the move. And now
all this circulation and gerd stuff. Not sure what we are doing with
that. they are talking Physical Therapy 3 times a week for my legs was
latest I heard going in on the 24th.
It is so much so sudden. But the good is we did get the house. And The
land lord id a wonderful man . We really love it. John can put his boat
over there makes it nice for him. It is all beautiful trees and flowers
and like living in a garden. no one can drive over 20 miles there are 6
police that patrol it so is very safe.
We move in Feb. I can not wait.
Hope all have a good day.
