Hello everyone,

I've had discoud lupus for 15 years and for the past two years, have had
many lesions appear. Has anyone tried Jill Harrington's book "The Lupis
Recovery Diet"?

Thanking you in advance,

Hi Diane,

Welcome!  I downloaded that book about a week ago.  It sounds very
interesting and my main interest was the diet portion.  I think Ms.
Harrington makes alot of sense.  At this point, I am willing to try
anything.

It was definately worth the 20 bucks for me.

Hi Diane,
Welcome to the group. I've never heard of the diet or the book. But it would
be interesting to find out what she says. Read and let us know.

Hi Diane,
I have not heard about this book. I would be interested in hearing some
general details of the diet though. I want to welcome you. Talk to us
anytime.
