Hi :)

My name is Lisa and I just subscribed to this group. I am 41, living
in S. Florida and I was diagnosed with Lupus about 2.5 years ago. It's
definately been a life changing experience mainly because I've had to
face the fact that I just can't be the superwoman that I once was.

I look forward to chatting with you guys.

Welcome it's a great bunch of people to talk to and bounce things off
of. It is a huge adjustment but be kind to yourself and ask anything we
will all find a way to figure it out. And there is alot of humor here
which sometimes is the very best med you can have.

Thanks for the welcome :)

My last Rheumotologist visit was a joke. You know the kind...the
assembly line kind of appt? I waited to get in for 1/2 hour, waited in
the room for 20 minutes, he came in and was GONE 5 minutes later...lol.
Even when I asked him a question, his answer was "I don't have an
answer for all of your aches and pains" It went downhill from there.

Oh well...............
