I have not been here for a while as I have been having trouble with
news servers.
I am not too bad at the moment. I am suffering with pain in my lower
back which prevents me from lying on my stomach. Also constant pain in
my left ankle and hand.
I have a rhematology appointment later this month so I will get them
checked out.
As for other things I am getting out and about a fair bit at the moment
and helping out my friend and neighbour with her kids as it is the
summer holiday and she is about to have her fifth baby.
I am booked to do a vegan meal for a "food for all" night next month. I
will be going back to my voluntary work also next month. And the MOTH
and I are booked on a introduction to meditation class in September run
by our local buddhist centre.
