After the Jasper thing, and me pulling my back out and getting over that.
Now yesterday morning going down the stairs I ended turning my ankle and
ending up in a heap with my guitar on top of me. Now I have a turned ankle
that is turning black and blue. What next! Some mornings its just not worth
getting up. So my heart goes thump, thump and my left sciatic nerve leg goes
burn, burn, my left rib cage goes ouch, ouch, and my right ankle goes throb,
throb. Sounds like a song.

Hugs,

Well, you didn't lose your sense of humor in the fall.

If you can have the foot checked. My sister slid and almost fell as a result
of something on the floor (I think it was newspaper) and she hobbled for 5
weeks figuring it was just a sprain. Had a routine doc visit and he checked
her foot, took an X-ray and it was broken.

Hope the guitar survived the fall.

The guitar was well padded, however the case has some nice white paint marks
on it now.
I can stand on it but it is very loose and weak. Afraid I'm going to turn it
again, not paying attention to how I am walking.
May get me an ace bandage on the way home tonight.
Everyone says I look young for my age but my body is falling apart.
How about a transplant.

Rest it, Ice it, Compress with ace, and elevate it.  Spells RICE LOL

As to the song you got going on, well at least you didn't miss a beat now
did ya.  :))

Seriously now, keep that ankle elevated when able.  I am sorry you have so
much going on.

Keep you in my thoughts.

Huggies and not the diaper kind

Well I should not have said what next! I got stung by a hornet on my leg
last night. It is not looking too good right now. Last time I got stung was
last year and I ended having to get a shot for it. Dang! I'm going to stay
in bed!
