Deb here, i know that this is going to be really hard to take in but today
it's 32 degrees in Yorkshire (yes UK).
Unbearable, i feel so ill; that'll teach me for saying that the one good
thing about the UK is the glorious lack of sunshine.
I can't breath, my skin is flaring by the second, eyes excruciating; i don't
know how you guys cope!

I'm so sorry you're feeling so miserable.  We've gone into our hot summer
days a bit early this year.  for the past two weeks we've hovered between
35.5 and 37.5 every day.  It's pretty bloomin' miserable.  I stay inside as
much as I can.  I'd love to see 32 to be honest.  But of course, it's all in
what you get used to and misery is misery no matter how you slice it.

Hope it cools down soon and you get some relief.  I imagine our humidity is
only slightly less than yours.  Probably about the same most of the time but
this high that's over us right now is keeping humidity down to around 40%
during the day, up to about 60% at night.  we don't get below 25 at night.

I have often wished that I could live in the Pacific Northwest where the
weather isn't that much different from the UK. (normally that is) because I
remember those long stretches of cloudy days in London and I miss them.
Though we had a very mild, cloudy year in 2004.  2005 we havn't been so
forunate.

Note for those worried about frostbite - that's Centigrade :) 90 F!!!

And we've had flash floods, a tornado, lightning storms... I blame it
all on the tennis, myself...

But so odd for ya'll.

Stay dry!
