Hello all. Hope everyone is well. I am freaking out b/c of a swollen ankle.
I do not remember injuring it. I did wear some racey boots the day of ...
still suffering the effects. The kicker is that it is only one ankle.
I need some validation that I do not have some odd ball crap happening
again..... AGAIN...lol...
If any of you do suffer from this...what helps? I do not drink, smoke, eat
salt nor do I eat improper. I am post menstral, and I used to walk but
stopped b/c of snakes...so have not been to gym yet.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
V

That happens to me too, sometimes. Dunno why.
I rest the ankle and wrap it and/or ice it.
Usually gets better within 5 days.
If you think you broke soemthing see your doctor.
Good luck,
J
