Hi Hope -

I was on Topomax for awhile and had some trouble with it. Mostly cognitive
issues - memory problems, being in a fog, and my brain just seemed to work
slower. Eventually I was switched to Nortryptiline and that worked much
better without the side effects. However, I have heard of a number of people
who have had no problems on Topomax and it worked well. So, everyone reacts
differently.

Good luck - I hope it helps!

Stephanie

I know that some people do very well with this. They take it for thier
Migrains...but they say that you have to take it exactly like it is
prescribed and if my muddied brain is working right, sometimes you have to
work up to the dosage that is prescribed to  you...
Hope that this is somsething that will help give you some relief.
Hugs Cindy
