Thank you for the link to this article! I am in the process of going back to
work after a break and I am trying to decide fulltime versus part-time, what
type of job would suit me best with my health issues, etc. I am worried
about my ability to work full-time and not collapse from exhaustion. The
article gave lots of good tips. Thanks!

Steph

Hello Steph, I wish you well.
Since you have your masters in psychology, I wonder if you could "consult" as
opposed to being an employee and thereby set your own hours?  Just a thought
that perhaps part-time with your education would pay just as much as full-time
as an employee, but you'd have to check out your obligations such as pay taxes
directly to the government, as opposed to if they're deducted (as an employee)
from a person's paycheck.
Please keep in touch and let us know how it's going.
Whatever you decide is best for you, sounds good to me :-)
Big hugs
J

Hi J,

Thanks so much! I have been debating this. My husband and I are trying to
buy a house and to qualify for the loan it looks like I will have to be
working full-time, at least for a little bit. DC area prices are ridiculous!
I will keep all updated though. Sorry everyone that I have not been posting
much this past month or so. I was wiped out with a virus (cough, aches,
sinus stuff...) in the beginning of September and I am still not completely
over it. I was pretty pitiful for a couple weeks, and withdrew from everyone
in a short-lived pity party. Since this whole autoimmune stuff started I
have not been able to fight illness like i used to, it takes forever to
recover and flares up my pain and fatigue. But I am on the upswing. Thank
you again for the very helpful article!

You are all in my prayers - especially those of you that I have seen having
a particularly rough time (e.g. Mair, janers friend, BJ's hematomas, and the
whirlwinds everyone else are dealing with!). Thank you as always for your
encouraging words - even when you are just being vulnerable enough to vent
and let us know we are not alone in the struggle.

God Bless,
Stephanie
