Hi Everyone,

I am still testing to see if I can see my own posts.  Please let me know if
you can see it.  I guess my next step is to go to my ISP, perhaps they can
tell me why this is happening.

Yikes, I ran out of pain medication on Saturday, and didn't pick more up
until yesterday, and it takes two days to get into my system (that's the
Tramadol).  So I am hurtin' for certain.

Well-wishes to all of you.

isn't this weird?  I still cannot see my posts.  Could this be something
that my server is doing?  I'll admit, I often don't know how to work my
software...

Help if you can

Is there a "retrieve Headers" command in there?

Under "Tools" there is a command that reads "Get next 300 headers."
Why?  Do you think you might know what kind of a mess I have got myself
into?

Pigmet sends a note of love to everyone:
"Thank you everyone for helpin me out.  For tellin me that I am still here
even tho I cannot see myself.  When you're a Maginary piglet, things like
this can be very confusin!  Maybe this is also what happened to the red
tennis shoes I got for Christmas.  Has anyone seen them?
Love and devotion to you all.... little Pigmet.

Well you could try, in case your posts somehow got hung up in your ISP's
server...

If that doesn't work, recheck in case you plonked yourself.

If not, change your munged email address.
Mine doesn't like "long" nor special characters. I see you've got _
(underlines) there.
try meXXXX@privacy.net (the XXX being alpha-numerical of whatever you want).

PS when did this start?
What was the thing (computer) that happened right before?

What does "plonking myself" mean?

As of 9am this morning, I still can't see my posts.  I did change my
"munged" address.

I can't remember (I do have memory problems).  It seems to me that it was a
"spontaneous" thing... but my ability with computers cannot be
underestimated!

hey!!!  I could see that last post of mine!  I tell you, these computers
have more "poultergeese" than one can ever dream of.  Now.  I will take my
good fortune further, and see if I can make a new post of my own, and *see*
it!

Hi Mair and Pigmet,

To find out if this is a reader problem or a server problem you could
always test with another news reader. If you are interested e-mail me
and I'll help you set up another program.
