Hi there J

I am busy like usual. tee hee.  Spending way to much time at my docs
offices.  Too many at the same time.  Seems they either like to change
things or just plan see what is causeing all this hub bub.

Head pain is still there and I am fighting it most of the time.  I did
however, restart water exercises today and the headaches came full throttle
this afternoon.  Gee I didn't even get my head wet LOL
