I just heard this afternoon that a good friend, Betty, is in the hospital having emergency heart surgery. This is a very dangerous situation. She needs a miracle and her husband needs strength to face whatever. Please send your prayers, good thinks, vibes, etc. to them. I'll post as I know more. Bev just so happens I am takin some extraquiet time tonight and tomorro for Zen meditation and movement practices. I will be thinkin of your friend whil I am doin them okay? O-KAY!
