please contact me backchannel?  Female only please.

the only "support" groups I find are those with people using a particular
product and talking about "flushing" all the time.  There's a lot of
misinformation on those groups from what I can tell.

I don't want to know the latest cure all.  I want to ask a question about
symptoms.

ok, had bunches of problems with mine, requiring 2 ER visits in less than 2
weeks, then finally more testing.  SURGERY, the belly button type and
bingo, home and not a problem since.

what you want to know, from an expert who had a big old mess with it

Symptoms: right shoulder blade pain, nausea, vomiting, horrid pain like
swallowing a fizzy drink so it forms a bubble in the esophagus, only
this lasts for hours, right sided pain right about where a bra fits.

And that's with *minor* gallbladder problems!

I don't think gallbladder problems differ between males and females.

My symptoms felt like really bad heartburn.
After an abdominal u/s showing lots and lots of stones, the appt w/the
surgeon was made.  Within days, my gallbladder was out.  A few band aids
later and I was fine.
They did overdose me on anethesia, had to use Narcan for that, which sux cuz
no pain meds will work then.  I was sick from the anethesia but not anything
else.  A shot of phenergan the next and I was set.

Good luck
