Just thought I'd let you guys know I'm doing better. When the pain triggers
now it usually only lasts at the most 6 seconds, usually 4 seconds or less.
And if the pain was a 15 on a 1 -10 scale and 10 being the worst, it's now
about a 9. So something is happening. I still have my acupuncture needle in
my hand. This doc does a ultra sonic massage and it feels so wonderful. Who
cares if it is beneficial - it just feel that good! LOL
He's also got me taking some fancy magnesium. Said I take way too much
calcium due in Tums and lots of dairy. Said that can cause problems.
Apparently it's a balance thing like sodium and potassium intake. And he
just about freaked when he found out how much aspirin I take. Oh, well.

So good that you feel better, Bev.  Wonderful news.  Apparently, it is
hard to take too much magnesium, unless you have a kidney problem.
