Dog Allergen Cross-react

I am not sure if this is the right group, but I cannot find a better one.
(That's active anyway). Does dog allergen cross-react with any other known
allergen?

My best advice for this would be to call the lab that did the testing and
have them check.  Different systems will have different limitations, and the
best way to be sure would be to contact the lab in question.  They will be
able to look into the issue and give you a better answer... :)
