Dears

My friend got such a disease - progressive bulbar paralysis recently, I
am not a doctor, what I know is only the name of the disease -
progressive bulbar paralysis, it seems serious. Now her  tongue is
becoming rigid, hard to swallow foods and water.
The doctor here suggested some traditional Chinese medicine and
threrapies.

But  I am afraid it takes effect much slower, does anybody here know
any medchine or therapy method I can get for that ?

Hope your help !!

Don't know what causes it.. here's the medical dictionary definition of
bulbar paralysis:

Main Entry: bulbar paralysis
Function: noun: destruction of nerve centers of the medulla oblongata
and paralysis of the parts innervated from the medulla with interruption
of their functions (as swallowing or speech)

Sounds autoimmune, but who knows..
