Anyone have any information regarding California law and sending
pathology reports to EMR systems.

Garabed,

Check out the interface guidelines for CALINX and ELINCS. These are
both developed by the California HealthCare Foundation and is emerging
as a national standard.

The specs also go over CLIA required fields.

Hope this helps.
