Hi all,

Have to see my doctor tomorrow, and here is my question, my nervous system
is so jerky I need to calm it down a LOT (I'm taking 45mg prednisone daily)

I'm already taking 2mg rivotril 3 times daily which calms the muscle spasm a
bit and the night time muscles twitching but does nothing for my agitation,
anxiety and manic attack during the day

Which med would be more potent to calm me down?

2mg Alprazolam (Xanax) 4 times daily. OR 10 mg diazepam (Valium) 3 times
daily?

My body seems to have a very high tolerance to Benzo because of all the
prednisone I'm taking so I need higher dosage of benzo than someone not
taking any prednisone (corticosteroids)
