I'm trying to find some fairly basic PC software for general laboratory
QC/QA statistics.  Mostly I need to do some linearity and method comparison
anaylsis.  I don't really need T-test, F-test, etc., but just the ability to
easily calculate SD, CV, etc.  We use Sunquest for our LIS but I doubt that
any download of data to a PC will be available to me.  I'll need an EXCEL
add-on or a program that will let me input the data points into it directly
for the data reduction.

Any ideas?

You don't need any add ins. Excel will do everything you want. If you're
interested I can send you an example. There is also the free Method
Validator program by Phillipe Marquis. This is the most intuitive
user-friendly software I have ever used and it's free. I would post a link
but I think the one I have is out of date. I can get the updated link when I
go in to work tomorrow.

I have to take my lap top to work.  I use Quattro Pro that comes with WP,
but then I must put everything in by hand.  Not what you were looking for.
Our LIS POS.

I have used the trial version of Analyse-It, and liked it a lot... bit
pricey for one user though.  It works as an Excel Add-in and will even make
the graphs for you.  You can choose Deming or Passing-Bablok regressions...
