CONTENT CONTEST

This month I would like to focus on our H Pals Program.

As you can see there are several states left that do not have
representation.
As part of our content contest I would like to send out free reading
materials to anybody that would contribute a couple of paragraphs, a photo
and their time to help folks out locally. Supplies are limited and will be
mailed on a first come first served basis to anybody that can put their
unrepresented state on the H Pals map!

WHAT IS RSS ?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an XML-based format for distributing web
content (such as news headlines or new content in your group). You can use
RSS to read or display recent group messages on another location of your
choice. Here are some examples:
 a.. Read messages on My Yahoo!
 b.. Read messages in an RSS reader, or a news aggregator.
 c.. Display messages in your web log (otherwise known as "blog") for
others to see.
