1)For genital herpes, there is a great way of literally
discontinuing the herpes activity (not to call it cure).

Cold water therapy: specifically, spending a great ammount of time
in a cold shallow river the water must be at least 1 foot deep.

Since I've done this treatment, I've never experienced any more
outbreaks since.

2)For oral (labial) herpes, the same method cannot be applied, for
obvious reasons: the water is too cold for the head to be immersed
without
diving equipment.

There is a totally different approach to curing labial herpes:

First of all, labial herpes has 3 major components, if you wish.

The first component, is the lips/mouth area, plus nostrils, where the
virus
can shed and multiply. In order to treat it, we must use Melissa in
Ethanol
solution, also Benzalkonium Chloride spray, both for the lips area, and

a tincture of Witch Hazel in Ethyl Alcohol, using cotton swabs, for the
nostrils.
(cleansing with hot salted water works as well, for the nostrils).

The second component, is the nerve in its length; by eating oats, this
nutrient will have a soothing effect on the nerve and heal it.

The third component, the area around the base of the skull, where the
trigeminal ganglia is located.
We need to massage this area very specifically, that is
using a 3 meter length, (approx 10-15 feet) 2 by 4;

Holding the wood at both ends, above the shoulders, (do it outdoors ;O)
) we make semi-circular
movements from left to right and vice-versa so that the tendons,
muscles that hold the top of the spine will detense the trigeminal
ganglia area and allow
the blood and all the rest of it to heal the affected area, during a
prodrome.

By following the 3 steps above for labial herpes I guarantee you stay
herpes
free.

This methods have been tested by me personally.
The methods presented, alone are sufficient. Additional
methods are complementary but not necessary.

Epson salts... that's the real stuff.
I've completely forgot about it.
