Hi All,

I was looking at my top lip in the mirror and the area had this weird thing
I never saw before. It was like 3 small paper cuts, and one was a little
swollen and sore. Can a coldsore also look like this also? I never saw this
happen like a cut before and I don't remember rubbing paper on my lips. This
was on my top lip and there were 3 in a row!
