I know there were a couple of days I couldn't even see my own posts. That's
so strange to me.
Thanks AR,
Angela :)

It could be a server problem. I use outlook express 6 for news groups, but I
don't remember having any noticeable problems. You should try and change
your server in your account options list. Mine is news.west.earthlink.net,
but I think you can also type in news.EAST.earthlink.net. Maybe there is a
problem there or if not check with your ISP.

One more thing that is leading me to believe it could be a server issue is
the fact that when I logged into the newsgroup today it stated that 10 notes
had not been downloaded. That just doesn't make any sense to me at all..
Does anybody use something other than outlook express? What are some other
newsreaders that can be counted on to work well?
Thanks everybody,
Angela :)

I haven't used any other readers recently. The ones I have tried a long time
ago were freeware and I really don't remember them. You may just have to
reinstall Outlook Express. There could be a problem with the program or if
not, you could try checking the settings. I would also say you should
contact your ISP. I have had problems with mine where I get an NNTP error,
but usually I just reboot and it is okay.
