I am kind of new to the more intense symptoms, and I was wondering if it is
normal to feel occasional aches and pains in the groin, and genital or inner
thigh area that just come out of no where and ache for a few seconds and
then go away without warning even if you aren't doing anything to aggravate
that part of the body and feel generally okay? I think this outbreak is on
the way out because I really don't feel bad now, except for feeling a little
tired and I have a slight temp like 99.6F-100.00F that I have had for this
whole thing. Other than that I have some blisters on the skin like on the
lower abdomen area near the groin, but the blisters haven't broken and they
are relatively small. The blisters are not in clusters, rather each one is
by itself about an inch from the others. The blisters are small and look
clear and have reddish skin around the actual blister. I also have an area
in the lower groin that looks like a reddish rash but I don't see any
blisters there and the skin feels a little sore. I think I have some small
blisters on the left thigh also. I probably have about 5 blisters that I was
able to locate total, but there could be more I cannot see.

Thanks very much,

Tom

Those aren't things that are usually described, but everyone's H
experience is slightly different.  If you're suffering from a
particularly bad first outbreak, those things are entirely possible.
The good news is, this is probably the worst it will be.

Yep.  That temperature is the body working overtime trying to rid
you of active virus.

Hope you feel better soon,

Mike

I did notice today that after drinking a large coffee my lower back and butt
started to feel sore as if the cafeine activated something, and then after a
couple of hours I was okay. Most of my blisters are small reddish dots, that
don't hurt except one and it is bigger and sore and achy. I heard the
blisters mean the end of the outbreak.

Thanks, Mike, I hope I do also. This is starting to wear on me.
