I have Herpes since about 7 years now. I have outbreaks regularely sinze
then, but sinze about 6 months it did not appear again despite drinking
lot's of coffe which causes outbreaks, and having little sleep which is not
good at all. I travel a lot and most of the time when I travel I have one
almost every time due to lack of sleep and jetlag.
As I said, since about 6 moth I have no outbreaks without changing anything
in my life. So I was wondering and the only thing I eat more then before
are antioxidants and fish oil (Omega3).
I don't want to say that due to those 2 supplements my herpes is asleep,
but it's strange.

Did anyone have the same positive experiences ?

I fact, most people's outbreaks become less severe and less frequent
over time. And it doesn't always happen gradually. Sometimes they just
up and quit.
Anything you can do to improve your health and immune systime sure
couldn't hurt though.

Mine tapered off almost exactly at a year.  How weird!  Though I still
get them, they're much more managable.
