Hello again,

I'm a guy, late thirties, just had a very large outbreak that everyone says
was a primary, but anyway here's the question: I am at the tail end of this
and have some remaining blisters in the private areas, all the other
symptoms seem to be gone, but all of a sudden I just developed this yeast
condition in the groin area now. I haven't been sexually active in almost 4
months so its not like I caught it. Is yeast a problem for people with
herpes? This is very frustrating.

Thanks again,

Tom

The problems aren't necessarily related.  I think you're just having
an unfortunate confluence of events.  Try to keep the area clean and
dry.  Wear loose clothing.  Think pure thoughts.

Take care,

Mike

That could be the problem, I like to wear jeans alot and most of the time
they are kind of snug. I wear Dockers at work, because I work in a bank, and
can't be wearing jeans. I guess the jeans don't help. I bought some cream
for yeast conditions to help rid that.

Thanks,
Tom
