Have you ever tried rice noodles instead?(if you don't like
mixing cardamom powder with the flour ingredients ( well I reckon you didn't
made the noodles yourself; you know, pancakes, stuff like that..)

I do occasionally make my own noodles, Perlie, but not with
cardamon.  Eggs, flour, a little minced spinach, and salt.  Tres
easy.

You know, I wish I knew all these things that I know now related to
herpes
many years ago. It would have made my live so much better.

Apparently, I kind of figured out most of the triggers for my herpes
OB's already.

Another extra one that I haven't mentioned in here is regarding
bananas.
It is very easy to deal with this one; I purchase organic bananas.
The regular bananas give me headaches and that is sometimes a sign for
an herpes activity.

The same, the problem with gluten is now being under control.
It's not something that can be dealt with easy considering so many
of the foods out there contain gluten but I am not a chronic gluten
intolerant.

I can cope with a limited ammount of gluten.
I also figured to use sprinkled cardamom with my coffee, it is used to
make coffee less toxic.

As my understanding with cardamom/gluten goes, gluten
is interfering with intestinal permeability, allowing some stuff to
penetrate
and thus causing the immune system to fight against those things.

It can further mean that the viruses will have a weaken immune system
so
therefore gain easier access to the shedding areas on the skin/mucosa.
Whether it is about the above mentioned immune problem directly
involved in here or it is rather a skin problem as a result of the
intestinal problem, I do
not know which is the most causal factor here.
Happy New Year!
